history house party was born one fateful afternoon over a few pints in a Yorkshire pub. We quickly realised that the south gets bloody everything, and like all good rebellions in England, they began in the north.

We wanted to put on regular events for lovers of history in the north of England, challenging the norm and making history fun for all.
